"We were very fortunate to choose Chris Russell and Estero Builders for our building project. They did a fantastic job. We completely remodeled our entire house, from the floors to the roof. The project extended out into the yard with concrete planter boxes, a stone patio and a cabana-style out-building and covered area. The work was done in a timely way and came in under-budget. Chris is very good at providing accurate estimates and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship; his attention to details is impressive. His crew and the sub-contractors that he employs are all talented builders.

 

One of the areas where Chris and his associates excel is in the design of a project. My wife and I knew roughly what we wanted, but we did not know all of the details-- the most important specifics that would tie the entire remodel together as a finished product. Chris assembled a small team of experienced builders and designers together, and in a series of meetings worked with us to produce a detailed plan of exactly what needed to be done and how the house should look in the end. Following these meetings, we knew what choices we had to make for the different phases of the project, but we never had to worry whatsoever about the progress of the construction.  Additionally, Chris helped us narrow difficult choices down so that it was less overwhelming. It all went very smoothly, without a hitch. Everyone that worked on our house was friendly and super-helpful.

 

The finished house is beautiful with a greatly improved layout. All of the work was done to exacting standards and has held up well for several years now. Chris periodically contacts me to make sure that there are no issues, which is very nice, but it has not been necessary!
