"We used Chris Russell and Estero Builders in 2010 to do a complete kitchen remodel--tearing out everything to the studs and starting fresh. While we had a general idea what we wanted, Chris was great in helping us fine tune our design and coming up with suggestions that made the finished product even better than we had hoped. From start to finish, Chris and Pono worked efficiently, remained within our budget, and took great care to keep the rest of our house as usable as possible--always cleaning up at the end of the day, putting up dust shields, etc.

 

 

When issues came up, Chris always discussed all the possible solutions with us, giving us the pros and cons of each. Chris and Pono were a pleasure to be around and kept an open line of communication. If we had questions, the answers made sense to us and helped direct our decision making. We trusted Chris absolutely to create a beautiful finished product, and he definitely delivered. The sub-contractors he used were all equally as professional and fantastic at what they did from the cabinet builder to the electrician. We truly could not have been happier with the final design, quality of work, and professionalism.
